Self Guiding Internal Pallet Transporter

Technical Specifications

The five self guiding units in the MiR range are a safe and cost effective line of mobile robots. The MiR 100 is CE certified and clean room certified. Ideal for clean rooms and hospitals. The MiR 200 is CE certified to ESD approved and clean room certification. The MiR 250 is a smaller industrialised unit. The MiR 500 and 1000 are designed to carry loads up to 1000 kilograms or pull loads. They will navigate up and down ramps.

MiR 100 & MiR 200 Internal Load Pallet Transporters

  • The smaller MiR 100 and 200 are also suitable to operate in non industrialised environments as well, such as research labs, offices and hospitals. They can venture into inhospitable environments carrying dangerous, hazardous or very delicate loads.

MiR 250 | 500 | 1000 Internal Load Pallet Transporters

  • The MiR 250 has a smaller footprint and height for narrow places. It can carry up to 250 kg payloads
  • Optimises your internal transportation of goods and pallets and allows employees to focus on higher value activities.
  • Efficient transportation of payloads up to 1000 kgs with high speed and safety.
  • Manoeuvres safely and efficiently around people and obstacles in even highly dynamic environments.
  • Requires no changes to existing production facilities and local architecture in clinical or industrial settings.
  • Extremely flexible and can be redeployed for different tasks with customised top modules.
  • They are equipped with cameras and with computer vision logarithms and backed with sophisticated Lidars that create 3D map of the vehicle’s changing surroundings enabling it to navigate their way around them.

  • Hook –  fully automated collection and towing of carts.
  • Pallet Lift – carry and drop off for standard, UK or EU pallets.
  • General Lift – lifting platform to pick up other odd and specialised loads like powered conveyors or working platforms for CoBots.
  • Anchoring Device – makes it possible to lock into static mobile units and move them.
