Where high speed and nonstop production lines occur, special inline wrappers are an integral part of the production line, this is necessary to ensure the high flow of goods leaving the works is not interrupted. Complete and total reliability is deemed essential for this application.
Versatile Special Inline Wrappers
Focus Packaging can offer 3 different types of inline pallet wrapping machines, each with its own variations. First is the turntable Alpha 800 Inline pallet Wrapper; it can provide your company with a particularly compact foot print. Also, each of the products put through one of these inline wrappers can be automatically labelled and weighed without the need for any manual involvement.
Next would be the Alpha Overhead Arm Pallet Wrapper, as one of our most cost-effective automatic inline wrappers. This wrapping machine can even test the different breaking and stretch levels of each different film it’s installed with. It can be fitted either with a single or double headed film dispenser unit, dependant on the wrapping requirements of the load or speed of the production line.
Finally, the very high speed Alpha G Ring Wrapper differs from the overhead arm wrapper in that the film dispenser unit runs on a circular guide rail that travels up and down the height of the pallet, dispensing film. This ring wrapper can also be fitted with the stretch film testing head and two dispenser heads.
