The AS75 is an extremely versatile sleevewrapper designed for continuous multi shift automatic operation. Products are fed into the machine by means of an automatic in-line infeed conveyor which drives the product through the web of polyethylene film. The machine fully complies with CE regulation and is protected with clear macrolon guards. The machine is PLC controlled and is capable of speeds up to 25 packs per minute. Film thickness from 20 to 120 micron are suitable for this machine.
Shrink Tunnel HST75-40T2
The HST75-40T2 is a high performance shrink tunnel designed to be used in conjunction with automatic twin-reel sleeve wrapping systems or as a stand alone unit. The high temperature plastic chain through the tunnel (MAINTENANCE FREE) is controlled by inverter enabling the optimum speed to be selected. The plastic mesh conveyors return outside of the heated chamber to eliminate any polythene attachment to the mesh.
